Attempts to relaunch long-stalled EU Mercosur free trade negotiations have not materialised at the EU-CELAC summit yesterday and today, despite hopes to that end. However, both parties have vowed to deliver an ‘exchange of offers’ in the last quarter of 2015. Chances that this happens are low, as explained here.
